Liquid Seeping from my boobs

So I have a clear liquid that comes from my nipples when they are squeezed. I just discovered this just now and I'm freaking out. I am on birth control but my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex. I have a hectic schedule and rarely am home at the time I am to take my pills. I'm scared. Does this mean I am pregnant? Idk wat to do? Should I tell my boyfriend? Please help.
