Is it true that men hurt for a long duration after a breakup? Or will I just be the lucky one to deal with this broken heart alone?
He's told me before that he's gotten over women in "a few months". Is that true? I had a year long relationship with him with both our children involved. We lived together, wanted to get married, talked about it often. Then for the last month and a half, he's been acting weird. I do think he cheated on me.
Not continuously cheating. But I do think he did.
Last two weeks he was picking fights with me every day, multiple times a day. Basically, he pretty much appeared to have "checked himself out".
I did everything for him. Cooked, cleaned, took care of both of our kids, the house...everything. I've never felt this hurt before. I really thought we were going to get married...
Since I said we were done this morning, I haven't heard from him. I went and picked my things up from his place without him there. And nothing.
Facebook status is still in a relationship with me. And he is on fb all the time.
Anyways...I hope that left enough background to help with a definitive answer...
