How many pregnancies have everyone had?

This is my 5th child and definitely unplanned it's not that ashamed about being pregnant just didn't think it would hav happened that quickly. My son is 10months he'll be 11 months on 1/22 so I'm just wondering how does everyone handle things like this? I mean I don't care about people's opinions lol just curious any advice for ?
