Not getting my hopes up...what do you think?

By accident I picked up fr rapid response instead of early detection. I definitely see something, but after some research the rapid results have given people false positives/bad indents. I should be getting af in the next few days, what do you think?? This was taken within the time frame. 😕💁🏼
