just have a feeling

I have a bicornute uterus and have been told from the very beginning that usually ends in preterm labor. I've been mentally preparing to have her whenever and am told it'll most likely be early 30s. Im just a few days short of 25 weeks and the last couple of days I've had strong Braxton hicks for what seems like all day and last night I started getting really bad back pain. Idk I have a feeling in won't be too long now. Anyone else with a bicornute uterus?
