nose bleed??

About 10 minutes after waking up I had the worst nose bleed!!! My fiancé was in the bathroom I was begging him to let me in because my hands were getting full of blood and leaking on the floor! It was disgusting but anyways is that an early sign of pregnancy? Af isn't due for 7 days and I've taken multiple tests which all have showed a faint line. The nose bleed stopped after about 5 minutes. Thanks everyone!
