First doc appointment

So my first doctors appointment is coming up in about a week. I'm so excited that I'm having a hard time thinking of things to ask at my appointment. Just hoping someone will have some insight as to things I should be asking, and things that you may have wished to ask on your first appointment? Any insight would be helpful.
