haven't been stressing it but .. ?

Idk if I'm pregnant or not .. in past relationships I got my hopes up and ended up with negative test so years later now with my current fiancé we have decided no more protection  .. so we've pretty much done it almost everyday for the whole month of December I had some weird symptoms that never happen to me but now it's as if everything has gone away like nothing hurts or itches I'm not bleeding it's so weird idk just want to know if I'm the only one this has happened to ?
