I normally have a very heavy flow the first 2-5 days of my period. I've had my period since 6th grade I am in 12th grade now. Although my period somethimes changes weeks it's never change the flow rate. I started my period Sunday and only wore a liner and blood did not even get on the liner. I work a stand up and move job and even working I'm still only wearing a liner and no bleeding through I've worked 7-2 so far with this liner, barely any blood seen. My period is clearly very lite.
