Just Really Need To Vent

Here lately I've been thinking. I know so many people, but I really dont have any friends. The ones that call me their "friend" are no where to be found when I need someome to hang out with. My fiance works long hours, and I really need more friends on my corner. I don't work because of school and health issues at the moment so it's hard to meet new people. The ones I've met at school but a couple arnt worth keeping in contact with. Anyone have any ideas on how to meet new people? I'm a friendly but blunt person so it's hard sometimes for me to actually make friends lol. I'm almost 21 so it shouldn't be this difficult to at least have a couple good friends should it... lol
