Any chance this could be an early miscarriage?

Basically I never really get clots and I've been cramping a hell of a lot more than normal today and I've had two massive clots. I've also been really dizzy and my flow is heavier. I was also 3 days late and now I'm freaking out.

I had the same thing happen to me 2 years ago. I had that kind of clotting, and I also had a small white tiny tiny shaped fetus. I had horrible cramps and dizziness as well. It may be a miscarriage, although some people get clotting like that, but if it's rare that you have clotting it could possibly be one

I've read that lots of things can cause clots like that. Stress, changes in weight, etc. I've had some like that before when I wasn't even having sex.

I've had this too this past month. I was 4 days late then really heavy with clots like yours got really bad headaches and stomach cramps. Finished my period yesterday and now started      spotting with more cramps  😕 xx
