2 month old awake for 10 HOURS!!! HELP!!!

My daughter is 2 months old and she's been awake for 10 hours straight now with no naps in between. Half the time she's just wide awake and then the other half she's screaming. I've tried everything. She'll be just about to fall asleep and then she'll wake herself up again. She's fed, changed, pooping so not gassy, I gave her gas drops just in case, she doesn't seem hot or sick. Why is she doing this? What do I do? 😞
