So i had light pink discharge about a week ago and im not due on for another 2 weeks yet, but for the last 5 days ive been so ill with awful flu, ive coughed so much that my stomach muscles hurt so bad, i just went for a wee and i notice more pink discharge.. Could this be spotting or just my insides bleeding where my tummy has been ripped to shreads by coughing? Tyia
