Birth Control Without Insurance

Hey guys, I could use some help. I am 24 years old and just recently became sexually active for the first time a few months ago. I'm still living with my very conservative parents who do not agree with pre - marital sex whatsoever and therefore don't believe in using any form of BC until after marriage. I was wondering what the cheapest and easiest way to go about getting Birth control would be if I don't have health insurance and dont want it delivered to the house? I seriously appreciate any advice.
