I ate cooked sushi before and during pregnancy... it's prefectly safe 🙂

Nope! I've eaten cooked and raw from a trusted source (the raw was flash frozen, which kills all parasites and bacteria)
The risk of getting sick from sushi is the same before pregnancy as it is during. The restaurant has never gotten me sick before, so I doubt it will now. And I know the owner and when they get fresh shipments in.

Personally won't touch any seafood throughout my pregnancy and didn't in my last, I've always been over cautious about anything like that though! Probably helps that seafood makes me feel sick at the best of times unless I'm really in the mood for it!

I was craving sushi soooo badly so my husband who actually hates sushi surprised me when I came home from shopping with vegetarian sushi it was like sooo cute. 
He made avocado and mango and cucumber rolls I cried because I was so happy😂😂😂😂🙊
