Flutter feeling right ovary?

Hi ladies i wonder if you can help, i keep getting a fluttery feeling near right ovary, like a twitchy feeling, its on and off since yesterday never happened before. Any ideas? Is this a sign?

​I did a test yesterday on internet cheapie and there was a shadow line so not sure yet.

I think I've felt that before, but I don't know what it is.. Probably just random muscle spasm, at least that's what I've decided mine was.

No pain at all, just a feeling that is there, like an eye twich
