I'm only two weeks PP but after about 4-5 days I had pretty much completely stopped bleeding. Two days ago I started having bright red bleeding and actually started bleeding through pads again. Not a ton of clots, just a few small ones. I'm not sure whether it is normal or if it is the stress of PP complications related to preeclampsia that apparently decided not to go away with birth. Friends have said it is a sign I'm doing too much. No idea. I have a follow up with my doc on a Friday, but was wondering if anyone else had insight.
