Symphysis pubis dysfunction??

Question

I hav been having so much pain in my pelvic area, it's like someone kicked my vagina with steel toe boots. Also after being on my feet for a while, my left leg gives up from my hip down. 
Of course I googled n found that It can be SPD. 
I'm gonna ask my doc this week but wanted to know who else is experiencing the same thing??

Yep, same here. I looked up some exercises online and bought a belly support band and it's helped a lot. These last few weeks I've gotten so big where it's hard to to find any relief though (34+1). Now just reminding myself how much I love my little one and that it's not for much longer...

I've had it since week 22 (35 now). It's a drag. Especially at night. Get a belly band and wear it whenever you're up and walking. Do some modified yoga moves like table and really slow down dog. Keep your hips square at all times, so like when you sit don't cross your legs, etc.

Oh man it's so uncomfortable, isn't it?! I've had since 20w with this one (#2) and had it at the very end with #1. I wear my belt when I'm standing for long periods and also while sleeping. Wearing it while I sleep has helped SO much!!

Oh yeah.just looked this up a few weeks ago. It's so painful.  I've had it since under 20 weeks . If  I walk for a long time or sit with my legs apart for a while. I feel so much pain and pressure on my pelvis.  Getting into my car is a pain...I don't think I suffered this condition with my first child. But I think it goes away completely when the baby is born. Does anyone know if this condition makes labour more painful?

Im the same its such a drain isnt it! Cant sleep properly either walking is so so painful! I see a physio theropist and im now on crutches i also have hypermobilty syndrome too which doesnt help i think both conditions aggravate each other! 😣 only 6 weeks to go tho!

I ham having the same problem. It's completely normal though, it happens with my first too. It is the worst pain!

I have it too. Started around 22 weeks or so for me, I'm now almost 36 weeks. I see a chiropractor which helps with it and my hip pain a lot. With my ligaments being so loose, they don't do an adjustment where it actually "pops", but more so muscle work. 
It's also helped me to go on regular walks to keep my hips loose because when they get tight it makes my pubic bone worse. Don't sit or stand for more than 30 minutes to an hour with walking around a bit.

I've had this for a while now :( wearing a belly support band helps, and so does sitting/rocking around on an exercise ball. Good luck finding some relief!
