Has anyone ever been though an interstate custody battle?.. im 7 months pregnant and live in New York and my babies father lives in Florida. We broke up shortly after I became pregnant. We haven't talked in 4 months but before we stopped talking he told me he wants the baby to be with me 3 weeks and then down in Florida with him for 3 weeks !! I do not think that this is a stable living situation for a child . When I disagreed with him he threatened to go for full custody and take her to Florida .. does anyone have any advice ?😔 it's killing me at the thought of him taking her from me .
