23 weeks leg pain??

Im 23 weeks with a boy (who is positioned very low) and I rarely have any problems with pregnancy outside of normal aches and pains. I do notice when I wind down for the night around 8 or 9 I get uncomfortable pain in whichever leg Im Not laying on. Best way to describe it is between a cramp and feeling of restlessness, sometimes numb like. Like I have to move it but painful too. I do drink a Ton of water and have a fairly healthy diet, any other moms experiencing this around the same weeks as me???
