anyone have a baby that spits up all the time?

My LO is breastfed, and Spits up after almost every feeding. My lactation consultant thinks it's because I have an overactive letdown and she's swallowing too much air and receiving too much milk. Anyone else have this happen?

Same thing was happening to my baby girl. I layed on my back while feeding her and it has helped a ton!!!

I am having the same issue. I personally think it's because my son has a lip tie and isn't latching correctly to not get air. I am getting it checked out this week by his doctor.

Yes definitely. I have twins and my boy spits up more than my girl so not sure if it is something with him or something with my let down. I do burp them part way through. Luca was born at 5.5 lbs just 6 weeks ago and now look at these chunkers! They are clearly getting enough to eat :)

Would love any tips to prevent spit up though, doctor recommended keeping them upright 20 min after each feeding, but this is hard with twins as doesn't seem super effective.

Cutie! My baby chokes on my letdown in the morning and sometimes spits up, my midwife said to express the letdown until it's not as strong then put her on and to also stop and burp her mid feed as well as after
