Soooo I'm 38weeks and two days.. my feet and hands keep swelling.sometimes the swelling is painful 😕😕 should I worry?..

It just sounds like water retention, I've not been able to wear my wedding or engagement rings for a few months now I have sausage fingers. You should try rest your feet above your heart for at least half an hour a day. Reduce your salt intake. Drink lots of water. Get a foot massage off someone with a nice refreshing peppermint oil. Doesn't sound like anything to worry about though.

If it starts travelling up your leg maybe. Cut down on salt, soak your feet in warm water with epsom salt, wear compression stockings.

My right foot looks like a freaking ham hock. Its really pushing the boundaries of what can be defined as a foot. Lol.

Do what you can, and just keep an eye on it. We cant stress about everything at this point. Good luck!

I'm 38&1 and my hands swell so bad they don't bend or hurt to bend. I have pregnancy endured carpel tunnel though. Mybp never goes above 114/75. As she said reduce salt increase water and elevate
