Hi ladies. Did anyone get stitches down there? Mine are from a cut not a tear but they're not healing quick enough. Sometimes it hurts so much I can't walk and my leg will go numb almost and it's been a week since the baby was born.  When did yours heal to a reasonable point if not completely? Or it takes longer to heal down there? I'm a ftm and really tired of taking paracetamol just so I can function
