How many naps per day?

Usually 3, but if #2 is too late in the day, she might just go to bed early instead of taking a 3rd nap. My biggest concern is just making sure she sleeps ENOUGH, and I don't care how many naps it takes or when she has to go to bed. She sleeps ok if I make her sleep, but she's so excited by life right now, she would stay awake until she died if I left it up to her. :)

Still 3 naps a day for my 7 month old. He seems to be running on an awake 2 hours at a time schedule and then needs a nap. He's so busy playing & learning while awake that it tires him out quite quickly.
