Revision tips and tricks?!

Hi everyone I have an exam for uni soon. Anyone got any good tips and tricks for revision?

Highlight terms, important phrases, dates, people etc. When you're done with that write down what you highlighted. Then write it down again but in the color red. I heard this tip awhile back and it works for me. Good luck on your exam!!

When I study I write my own notes, with a margin to the left where I write keywords of the main text on the page and a section at the bottom of he page for a summary of the main text. I find that makes it stick in my head better.

Take lots of breaks too. And if you are stuck in a rut with it just go for a walk and forget about it for a little bit.

Also it helps if you use those little stick on tabs in your book so you can find pages easier 😊

Coming here for help also as I'm rubbish at concentrating, motivation and revising in general.

I find mindmaps/ spider diagrams to be helpful. Condense all your notes on one topic to one page.

Sometimes if I can't concentrate I have to revise in silence so go somewhere where you won't be disturbed and turn your phone off because I'm always distracted by mine
