I have my 12 week appointment on Friday. All weekend I have been worried that I lost the baby. I don't feel pregnant and have no symptoms, which I know I am very lucky not experiencing morning sickness! I have heard so many horror stories about losing babies that I am petrified for that to happen. It took me so long to conceive that I'm so worried about losing this baby. Anyone have similar feelings before their 12 week?
