Braxton hicks?

Im 32 weeks pregnant tomorrow and naturally im feeling super anxious at this point and ive fully convinced myself that it will never get here. My question is what do braxton hicks feel like? Bc i get cramps and some of then are pretty bad, but i dont knlw if thats braxton hicks or not. Ive read that its your uterus tightening up, but how am i supposed to know what that feels like? Im so afraid of being pregnant forever right now lol.
