breastfeeding_ flu!
I'm breastfeeding my 2 month old. Last night I came down with horrible stomach flu. Not sure if it's food poisoning or a bug but I haven't been able to keep anything down. Is it safe to breastfeed or should I pump and dump? I have a small stash in the freezer but I'd rather not use it although of course I will if my current milk isn't safe. Thanks!
