Am I Wrong?

My boyfriend proposed to me late last year. I don't wear my ring very often...I feel bad but I just don't like my ring. I love the fact that he bought it for me but it's not what I imagined...we talked about it before. Am I wrong?

If he's ok with it,  then there's no problem.  You're going to get haters saying you're selfish and don't deserve something nice,  to just be grateful that he bought you one. Honestly,  if he's ok with it,  go exchange it with him and get something you're both proud to have!

In my opinion, yes you're wrong. Your boyfriend went out and got you a ring he liked. HE chose this. Why would you dislike one of his choices, when you were one of them also? 
Put the ring on and you will learn to love it, think about your partner aswell, not just yourself. My ring isn't what I thought I wanted, but I am so in love with it, because my fiancé picked it out for me, and I think it's absolutely beautiful

My fiance didn't know what to get me.  Got a plain wedding ring. He told me if I don't like it, to pick something else and he will buy it.
I did pick a titanium ring that was 400 bucks , but to this day,  I wear both..
It depends on ur situation really.  If he's upset that u don't like it, just deal with it.
If he's open to get something else,  do it..
At the end,  it's a ring. .

I had a lot of people ask if it was even an engagement ring....plus I don't like how he "asked" so it's really hard for me to feel into it

Go back to your why. Why did you say yes to marrying him?  Yes, you want to love the ring but that can be upgraded at any time. Let your reason for saying, "yes," trump your opinion about the ring. I think it's good you shared your thoughts with him, tho. Hope that conversation went well.
