So do you confirm your mouths of pregnancy the day you conceive?

On December 31 I turned 14weeks IN MY SECOND TRIMESTER YAY!!! now in 14week and 3days

Based off 1st day of last period.. if you know the day you conceived you add 2 weeks. But they'll give you accurate dates at ultrasounds.

No it's the day of your last period! For instance November 9th was my last period I would be due august 18th.
