Me and my husband are looking to move. Does anyone know if it's possible for them to just have them run his info and he be the only person that signs the lease or do renters make all adults sign. His credit is in the 780-800 range and mine is like 500-600 range so I don't want my credit to hold us back from a nice place. Help?
