CM checks
I've been doing regular CM checks since I started tracking my ovulation, but it hasn't changed. I want to make sure I am doing it correctly so I have 2 questions:
1) how far inside you do you stick your finger (i.e. - am I supposed to be touching my cervix)?
2) how often should I deptic a change in my CM? So far I've only logged it as watery and light.
