Nope in America you have to have social of child to claim as a dependent.

If u live in the U.K. And it is ur first baby.. at 29+ weeks u can claim a sure start maternity grant for £500.00 but that's all u can get until baby is born then it's tax credits and child benefit.

Not in Canada anyway. I think they're might be some kind of aid with food stamps in the us though. I think they supply your prenatals and stuff.
