TMI... idk where to post this. brown spots on my lady parts??

Question

Idk if it started when I was pregnant or maybe if it was there before.. but it's grown into different places. not itchy at all. I only noticed it because I saw it down there. just curious to know if anyone else has it or has had it and if it's dangerous for my baby??  I could use as much help as possible.

You can get brown spots while pregnant! It happened to me. Some went away after giving birth and some did not.

It could be a pregnancy discoloration. I have had a few spots like that before (when not pregnant) & it was a little fungal infection-- sounds gross but it went away after just a couple applications of cream that the dermatologist gave me. You might want to check with a dermatologist in case, so you can knock it out before it spreads if that's what it is.

Pregnancy can do weird things. My sister got spots like that on her back and shoulders with her first pregnancy and some more on her hip with her second. Or it could be a birthmark that you have never seen. I don't see it as a concern though.

I get tons of freckles and brown spots around my eyebrows when I'm pregnant, I got them with my daughter and it freaked me out, my doctor said it was normal and they went away a few months after I had her. Really weird! Ask your doctor if you are concerned though
