best baby stroller and car seat

Hey everyone. I'm expecting my twins in august but am so excited so I'm starting  I buy big stuff now. I have heard really good things about the brand Stokke but am not sure what is the safest and vest car seat and stroller for twins. Can anyone please help I don't really have a budget at the moment but I would like something affordable, and if you have any other baby recommendations please let me know.
