Coming off hormonal birth control
I am coming off the pill (Trivora) and I have been on the pill for almost 7 years now. I am going to be doing the fertility awareness method (FAM) until I can afford the Daysy fertility monitor in a couple of months. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on how the next couple of months will be from coming off of hormones after being on them for so long. I already have a B Complex and probiotics that I'm taking. I'm not drinking any alcohol anymore, mostly because I can't sleep when I drink, and I'm eating pretty healthy so the transition can be smoother. Are the mood swings bad? Periods off? Acne? I don't really know how my periods will be because I started the pill when I was like 15 or 16, and I don't remember how my periods were then (sad, I know). Also, can taking adderall (my prescription) every so often effect my temperature in the morning? Thanks for any advice!!
