any advice?!?

So my husband, and have decided to try for a baby. We've been together almost 6 years and have used protection for most of it to my knowledge I've never been pregnant. I would love nothing more than that. So what do you ladies think should I go to dr? Or what do you guys think I should do to start this adventure?

Start taking folic acid or pregnancy vitamins containing folic acid before you come off birth control. The spinal cord is one of the first things to form (before you get a positive on test) and folic acid helps to reduce the risk of spinal tube defects such as spina bifida

My biggest piece of advice is to come of birth control but try not to add any extra pressure for a few months! continue having sex for love and fun!! If that doesn't work, try some ovulation strips!

This whole folic acid stuff is a skeptical subject to me.. I was told to take it when I was 6 weeks pregnant and it made me very very very sick! I had diarrhoea, vommiting and I thought it was morning sickness, until I stopped taking folic acid, the sickness stopped!

Don't "try" for a baby, just have fun making a baby without the pressure! You'll find making a baby is a biiiiig turn on too! It brings you closer as a couple! So just have fun!! Good luck 💕

It is advisable to take folic acid beforehand pregnancy,that's the only thing I didn't know before I got pregnant. Don't know if it's useful info lol go for it 🍀
