Arthritis back pain, anyone else?
Im 39 and just when we got pregnant i found out i have arthritis and some degenerative going on. I can not take any pain meds, due to other health problems. Im also type 2 diabetic and have PKD. I have a pain gel that i can take at first it seemed to help. But for the past week and half i am in almost non stop pain. Any suggestions?!?!
