Pregnant????

Okay so me and my boyfriend have not been having safe sex since day 1. He cam inside of me one time, I was on my period and the very next day I toke plan b. which stopped my period but then I had spotting for about a week a week like later. Then everything was fine until I got nipple sorness ( which I never have gotten until recently ) mood swings, mild cramps, throwing up, and acid reflex. Plus I'm 4 days late on my period.....
