I have a 4.5 month old who is a terrible napper. Anyone else dealing with this? He screams for 30 minutes while I try to put him down (which includes rocking him and patting him). Once he falls asleep I try to lay him in the crib and 50% of the time that wakes him up and the process starts all over again. I read routines help. Does anyone do this? I'm trying to come up with a nap time routine so he knows when a nap is coming. Any ideas??
