I had a coworker who got it! She said it helped her a lot, she still got minor headaches every once in awhile but nothing compared to before & she said it didn't hurt as bad as she thought it would!

I really want to try but every time I pierce a part of my ear with cartilage it gets infected no matter what I do.

I've been wondering about getting a daith piercing to help with migraines so I asked among my friends - while no one I know has had it done themselves quite a few friends of friends have and they've all said it works wonders. Thinking I might just get it done - if it helps then fab, of it doesn't then at worst I've still got a cute new piercing :)

If they are hormone related it will not work for you. A rise in progesterone or a drop makes me get mine. I get the migraine auras with them. It could help with daily headaches though.
