Personally I believe the pill is the best because it can be stopped at anytime and you don't have to go to a doctor to remove it. 
There's a awful image on Facebook right now of a girl who got her rod taken out of her arm and they had cut her multiple times to get it out,  my mom also got pregnant twice with her rod.. and then it was very painful to remove.
The one that goes inside of your body is also not very good to me.. I've had multiple friends get it and not be able to keep it long at all because when they would have sex their partner would shove it farther into them and made it very painful.

Now for brand of pills..everyone body is going to react different to different pills but they all protect the same !
