Belly ring?

I'm looking into getting a belly ring later this month or maybe next... I want to know if any of you have any regrets anout getting one or maybe some tips ?🤔

I regret mine, but just because the first time I had it pierced I had to take it out less then a month later due to pregnancy. Then I got it really pierced it was cute until I got pregnant with my 2nd and I had to take it out again. I never put it back in because of my mom belly pouch 😂😂😂

I had my belly button pierced but took it out at the end of my pregnancy due to discomfort. Now I regret that I got it done because the scar doesn't look very pretty

I had it done when I was about 17, took it out almost a year ago and I'm 28. The scar and Hole it leaves is ugly. I wish I had never done it.

I totally agree with what other ladies are saying. I got mine done and have had it out the last 3 years and the hole it leaves looks gross and is super noticeable. It looked so cute while pierced but I really wish I hadn't done it 😞 
If you decide to go for it follow the cleaning instructions they give you and prepare for some serious discomfort if it catches on something while it heals!

DO NOT TOUCH IT DO NOT CHANGE IT EARLY! Belly buttons take 6 months to heal and if you change it out before then you will regret it! So get pierced with jewelry you won't want to change. I changed mine early and now I have scars on the top and bottom of my belly button piercing

You have to wait a few months to go swimming so I suggest don't get it pierced right before summer or during summer

I got mine done about 7 years ago (when I was 19) and while the actual piercing hurt a normal amount, the healing process was brutal! I remember having to climb up in a truck a few days later and the pain was unreal. But it healed just fine and I kept jewelry in it for awhile. 
I took the ring out like 3 years ago and there is still a very noticeable hole/scar now.
