Weight loss during pregnancy
Has any over weight moms ever discussed weight loss with the dr during pregnancy? My appt is the 20th and I am. I am extremely over weight. I lost a lot of weight in the past but recently i feel like no matter what i do i just cant. Maybe a thyroid issue? I have no clue. Losing weight for me will only be beneficial to me and my baby.
