What is the best birth control in your opinion and why?

I have talked to my mom about birth contol and have been thinking of the best kinds. I've looking into the bar and pills. I'm looking more into pills though. I know there are other options but I'd rather not have anything that is to go up me.(when it comes to birth controls) If you understand where I'm coming from. So if you guys have any stories wether they are bad or good about the pill or bar and or other birth controls methods please tell me. I would really appreciate it! 😊
