How long did you wait until you first said I love you?

I've been with my SO for 7 months now and we haven't said I love you yet. All my other relationships we said it right away (even if we didn't necessarily mean it) so I'm glad to be taking it slow.. but I feel like I love him now 7 months later, but don't want to say it first if he doesn't feel that way yet.. How long did you wait?
