Now before I write this, I feel I should state. I'm a 20 year old, British male and if you'd rather only read posts by female posters then by all means that's entirely fine by me. I just feel it's important that I offer an insight that differs from the 'males only think with one thing' stereotype. That being said, the views in this post are mine and mine alone and if you feel something is incorrect then please, open a discussion.

First and foremost, I do not feel that sex should only be between two people who love each other. Whether you're male or female, we can both find relaxation in something purely casual. Granted, I feel that sex is much better when it's between partners. The intimacy and attachment is second to none! Something about being exclusive to one lover fills me full of significance and meaning. That being said, there are times when sex is a good way to cope with stress without feelings being involved.

That leads me to my next point, 'slut shaming.' No one, be it man or woman should be made to feel ashamed of their sexual history. If you can look at your past partners and not regret any of them then why should it matter how many there were? Whilst sex should not be the only way in which you feel attractive, it is nevertheless a good way! It's natural and healthy, if males aren't shamed for their partners then why should a woman be? Being naked is one of the most beautiful and vulnerable forms a person can be in. So if a person feels comfortable enough to put themselves in that position before you then fixation should be on how lucky you are, not on anyone else.

Finally, women these days feel they are often in competition with each other? Why? You should be trying to build each other up instead of outdoing each other. When did other members of the same gender become the enemy? You put on your make up, change the colour of your hair, your eyes and generally try to falsify everything about yourselves. Now all girls like to feel beautiful, and if that's how you do it then then who am I to say differently? However, just keep in mind how dangerous chasing perfection can be. No image is worth endangering yourself, especially for a male's attention. You should find beauty within, or else you never find love. How can you expect someone to love you if it's evident you hate yourself so much? Before you seek anyone's approval. You should seek your own. Nothing is more beautiful and more rare that a woman who knows their self-worth. Now, that doesn't mean get arrogant and stuck up, because regardless of who you are. You should treat everyone with respect. And if somebody put themselves out there to approach you, please don't be rude or hurtful in how you shut them down. Not everyone's an arsehole
