weight loss and meal prep

Okay so I was a gymnast For 13 years and had a great body and I quit 3 years ago and never thought I would gain weight so I ate what I wanted and didn't exercise 😅 I was totally wrong haha but I hope to join a gym in February and start up again but I'm completely clueless! Like I had a membership before and I literally had no idea what to do. Like types of exercises. I looked all over Pinterest for routines but really couldn't find anything. And I've YouTubed stuff and followed fitness guru's on instagram and looked into their programs and they are all so expensive so I've thrown that idea out the window 😂 so all my fit people out there help a girl out! I'm trying to lose weight. I'm not super over weight but I want to shed what I have. Does anyone out there know any good fitness people to follow, youtubers, or personal experineces? Routines? Literally anything will help! And also I suck at meal prep like I don't know what to eat to help with the weight!! Ugh I'm so clueless with this! Haha any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!!
