Vertigo.... help!

Hi. I was in a car accident at the end of November. I suffered whiplash. Now I have vertigo and feeling like the room is moving like I'm extremely drunk and gonna puke. Any ideas how to cope with it? I'm a single mum so can't stop even if Im sick. Ta x
