help!

Alright ladies I need some help. So my boyfriend lives in a different state and we go a month without seeing eachother so when he comes to visit we do have quite a bit of sex. He is very big and after a month I tighten up quite a bit so it IT usually painful and I'm usually sore after but this time he came down and we had sex twice within 4 hours  and then again the next day the following day I woke up to some pain down there, the opening of my vagina and the surrounding skin was swollen and feels raw. Anything touching that skin burns. Today I noticed that I had three small red bumps on my inner labor that hurt when I touch them. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this  or if anyone had any idea what it might be nor how to ease or treat my symptoms.
